We were challenged to use a white ink on white paper today. I had a butterfly in waxed paper from a butterfly I cut out. I put it on the cardstock and layered another piece of cardstock on top, then placed printer paper on top and ironed with a hot, dry iron. Then I sponged the butterfly and around it. I wiped the ink off the butterfly and it looks embossed. This is a great way to use the wax paper cut outs made when using framelits.

What a fantastic way to use the wax paper - the resist certainly does give the same effect as white stamping, and the sponging looks so textured. It's like a ceramic tile - on a pretty floral cloth!

What a great way to do this technique! I have lots of parchment paper die cuts lying around and didn't know what to do with them. Thanks so much for the tip! I love that tulip paper....it's so cheerful!

Great way to use the wax paper cuts! The butterfly looks great, and I love the designer paper!
