Mine card for the F4A257 Challenge - Visual Inspiration. Color, Theme, and Story are present on this card. And, the best way to impart this love story is to invite you to my blog.
I've waited almost a year to be able to show all my friends on SCS this card. I was asked by a long time friend to create a one of a kind 50th Anniversary card for his wife, Ruthie. We've known this couple for many, many years and I was delighted to accommodate the request.

Aw, Susie, Loved it the first time I saw it on your blog and love it even more now (if that is even possible!) What a blessing to be friends for so long with your special circle and even though you could not be with them on their special anniversary, you recreated it with a beautiful work of your heart, remembering all the things that made Neil and Ruthie so special in your lives.
As if the front were not enough to tell the story, I LOVE what you put on the back of the step card from the Song of Songs, as they are shown riding off into the sunset of their lives. What a treasure they are - to each other and to you, their lifelong friends!

This is one of my favorite all time Susie creations! You managed to capture SO much on your side step card and it was so much fun to go to your blog and meet the couple on your card. You created a wonderful story of courtship and marriage. (I see you have redesigned your blog... its beautiful.)This will surely touch their hearts and be a keepsake for sure! Thank you for sharing this with us.
