This week's CAS Challenge - New Year Resolutions. One of my resolutions with my craft is to use stamps I have bought and never used on a card!!!! This is also to honour this week's Featured Stamper, the fabulous Claudia (cjzim). I love Claudia's work, have many of her cards in my favourites, and thoroughly enjoyed browsing her gallery! This is the card I chose to CASE - Summer Blooms, cjz by cjzim at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the image and colours and added a little more scoring. I coloured my flower pot image with my Derwent Pencils, fussy cut, and adhered to die cut rectangle leaving a little outside the rectangle. I used a scallop punch template to create my clouded sky.
Enjoy your week in the spotlight, Claudia!!

Wow this looks fantastic Sue. You have created a wonderful scene and the best clouds ever!!! The scalloped clouds template is pure genius. A fav for sure!!!

Beautiful. You did a great job with Claudia's card as inspiration. I love the beautiful clouds and the dimension you added with the gardening basket outside the scene!

I love the flower pot and gardening tools and cannot wait to be using them again...after this long winter. Great clouds, too. Awesome creation!

Such a beautiful card. Love that stamp and your coloring and shading is great. I especially love your sky. That is one of my resolutions this year too!

A very pretty card. I love the stamp. That is a great resolution. It is amazing how many un-inked stamps that we can find in our collections. I used one today that I had never inked a single one of the stamps in the set.
