This is the first Gelli plate I have ever made, and I think the more I do, hopefully I will get better at it. I used Turquoise, Raspberry, White and Yellow acrylics and Emerald Silks for my stem and leaves. The stem and leaves is from an old stencil but I did not like the flower so I did a freehand one - that explains why it looks funny! I did not want a yellow centre so used the strawberry again. The bottom border is the negative from Die-Namics Faux Crochet Border die. I added the smile sentiment and the twine and inked around the edges with TH distress inks. Thanks for looking ...

Love the gelli plate background. I have only just started doing this too - and it is fun - each one turning out so different. Definitely shabby chic and very pretty.
