This is my card for Joyce, who has lost a dear sister, her best friend. She has a gallery full of ATCs and also mixed media, and is a very talented paper crafter. I still had some ATCs left over from a swap I was in several years ago. I used the faux patina technique and I loved the result. I still really like this ATC, so I thought it would be a good one to send Joyce. The paper clips will release the ATC easily, so she will be able to add it to her collection. The top portion of my card was stamped with the 'paisley' stamp that is part of the box of stamps that I am using this week for the USEIT2015 challenge. I added dots stamped with the end erasor of a pencil. That brought the colours together a bit better.

How clever! These colors with the metallic are just gorgeous. The embossed bottom with the paisley print on top is almost like a chair rail with vintage wallpaper! That stamp is so pretty — did you ink the edges in the same color when you were done stamping?
