This is a thank you card for my wonderful friend Mary. The flower was cut on my Cricut, formed with a bone folder and stylus. The center has a fabric bead. The tendrils are from a partial Memory Box die cut and the springy ones from leftover fine trimmings from my cutter, wrapped around the end of a paint brush to curl. The cut under the flower, that looks a bit like a flourish was also cut on my Cricut. The thank you is another SVG file shared with me from my good friend Pam (Yorkie Mama) and cut on the Cricut. The panel behind was cut with a Spellbinder die and embossed with the Swiss Dot EF. The black panel was cut with the Life Style Craft rounded edges. I used the rounder on my envelope punch board to round the edges of the card base. I finished the inside off with other cuts from the same Spellbinder set, in black and ivory.
Mary is my hero...struggling with bone cancer and still having such a generous heart. She sent a special gift for Ed and I this Christmas.
As usual, I appreciate you taking the time to come by for a peek!

Peggy, this is SO beautiful! Your flowers have been formed so perfectly! Love the black tendrils and flourishes and the artistic way you arranged them around that gorgeous flower! Love the glitter you used on the flowers too, never too much but just enough to add some sparkle! Wow, this is a feast for the eyes in your wonderful black and ivory!

Peggy, you have really mastered making the most gorgeous flowers! The light touch of stickles and the bead in the center, the tendrils - you sure gave your cricut a workout here - Stunning!

Peggy, this is SO pretty. I love how you made the tendrils coming off of the flower and I love that you could use my "Thank You" file!!! I also like how you glittered the edges of the flower petals!

Here I am "lurking" (that's the term my sons use) in your gallery totally in awe by your latest creations. Your great cards have been missing in the gallery, and today I hit the jackpot when I checked your gallery. The spirals and flourishes look wonderful with your great big, sparkly flower. Just gorgeous.
