Just having fun with new and not-so-new but un-inked stamps, and the Inktense pencils DH gave me for Christmas. Definitely a steep learning curve compared with my old watercolour pencils!!
Stamped the image on watercolour paper and coloured with pencils and added Stickles. Distressed the edges and stitched.
For the base layer, I misted some white card with a DIY mister, then stamped the sunburst in Wild Honey. I had to sponge the white card base very lightly with Antique Linen so that it matched the colour of the watercolour paper a bit better.

Looks to me like you are already a pro at using your new pencils - great watercolored look and such a sweet image! Love the sunburst behind the image panel, the stitching and the staples too For some reason, I have trouble stapling things on my card, so I usually stick with some kind of glue, but that is me - this looks perfect with the staples!!
