For this week's wtui thanks challenge, using this week's colors (sans dessert). I was fiddling with this week's sketch using leftovers from the color challenge, trying to do something other than a square card, and experimenting with different textures. The two panels under the finished card are embossed with burlap or aida cloth, which doesn't show up very well in the photo...

Brenda, those die-cut panels are quite amazing. I don't think I'm familiar with the Spellbinders medallions, I wonder why not. What a fantastic CAS thank-you card. I bet the embossing looks great when you can see it in your hand.

Ooooh, I love that die cut design! I also think the textures in the background are lovely - I love that aida cloth design in particular (even though it's hard to see in the photo, I've seen it on other cards).
