1st cut the napkin down to a roughly larger size than the card face. Thinly apply matte medium to card base with a palette knife. Lay napkin on base and smooth it out with a mini squeegee. The mini squeegee really makes for even and smooth contact with the base. Trim napkin and apply embellishments.

I love making cards with napkins, and this one is gorgeous! The die cut frame is so elegant, and that tiny bow is perfect!
