hi there,
Today the CAS challenge is a thank-you to Janeen for all the fun challenges she has created for us. This card inspired mine from her gallery: CAS297 janeenk dec 25th by janeenk at Splitcoaststampers
I inked the stamp with Distress inks and sprayed with water before stamping. I cut away the panel and did some random embossing with my rubber mallet on the front.
thanks for looking,

Love how the dots around your little blue square are replicated randomly on your embossed background! Beautiful blue and white card. The bit of twine really balances the 'cutaway' portion of your card nicely. Gorgeous as always!

rubber mallet embossing??? i have never heard of it but what a great idea. thanks for sharing that. Thank you, Karen for choosing this card. It's been on my mind these last few days. I'm thinking i need to make several more of them and have them ready for next year. Thank you for taking the time to look through the gallery and participate. I appreciate it.
