I used Sue Wilson Dies. (they can be found at Classycardsnsuch.com use Shirley-10 for discount)
The card base is one from a box of Paper Studio cards. I used stamps from MFP Stamp Shop. I fussy cute the dress so the pretty die cuts were more visable. When I think Vintage, I think pearls so I had to a few.

Beautiful vintage feeling to your card with the dress style and all the lacy die cuts. The subtle green and pink make for wonderful color choices and the pearls are the "cherry on top" to finish it off.
