Challenge for this Creative Crew project was to make a masculine pastoral card and incorporate the fringe scissors.
Naturally, my first thought was to make grass with the fringe but I wanted to push myself a bit harder than that. I found a layout that I liked in the Jan/Feb 15 Stampin' Success magazine (pg. 21 for fellow SU demos) and ran with that.
Now fringe, feathers and sequins might sound more "Vegas showgirl" than "masculine pastoral" but I think this works !!!! LOL
The classic Lovely as a Tree stamp set gave me the pastoral aspect I needed. I created the feathers and then fringed the edges. The other elements and layers just seemed to come together from there.
Fun mix of new and old SU goodies on this card.

You really did take that fringe further awesome blend of old and new and fabulous masculine card. Love the burlap, twine and stitched on ribbon. So many perfect little details.
