HERE is the Carved Fringed Feather I chose for inspiration from Pendleton USA, our site today. When I think of Pendleton, I think of plaid wool, but when I saw the feather as a wall decor piece, I had to go with that.
The bg is painted in a combination of white and linen acrylic paint. I used black and white ep on the feather, fussy cut it, and put it on the panel that had been painted and scored.
I thought by adding the words (with the charm and brad) it could go for a birthday card, masculine or even feminine. What do you think?

Hi, Gallery Neighbor! Even though we picked different inspiration pieces, we must have been on the same wave length this morning. LOVE the way you embossed your feather in black and white! Gorgeous card, my friend!
