This is so much prettier IRL with extra shimmer that I'm not catching in the photo. This is made from a Gelli print session the other day. I pulled this one from the wet side of a homemade stencil onto deli paper (found a large box of individual sheets at a yard sale for a quarter!). I also layered some fainter blue onto the back of the same sheet. This is glued onto a base of white. I used a Silver sharpie paint pen to add detail around the edges and to write my carol/Christmas hymn lyrics. I punched and cut glimmer paper centers for the snowflakes. I punched some music notes and gave the whole thing a spritz of shimmer spray.

I like your homemade stencil...pretty snowflakes and a wonderful background, too. Very pretty and wintry. The hymn and musical notes are just what was called for in the challenge.

It is so hard to capture the sparkle or sheen in uploads. This is such a cool BG. I really need to get my gelli plate out again and play with it. I need you there helping as you are the gelli plate master :-)
