Love the colors this week (CC507), and also loved the challenge to use up scraps of pp (TLC510). This die provides a great way to do just that.
I die cut the pp inserts, the frame, the tree, the snowflakes, the branch, the holly leaves (embossed afterwards), and then punched the bird and wing. Stamped the sentiment, and assembled. Popped up the bird and the tree with dimensionals. Added gems and enamel dots. The tree and snowflake are from glitter cs so the card has lots of sparkle.
Shopping our stash (free is good - the color block cutting die was free from a contest I won here on Splitcoast - thank you Splitcoast!): http://shoppingourstash.blogspot.com

Oh my! This looks GOOD! I really love the colour blocking layout. Your choice of DP's is spot on and the iconic Christmas additions look fantastic. A beautiful card!

Love all the patterns of paper you used and that wonderful bird. It's all just a delight to look at...very pretty, indeed!
