This is for CC507. I really struggled with these colors tonight. And after I finally got something together I noticed I got some green ink smudged under the sentiment so I decided to distress the card front with the Memento ink I used for the pine needles! I even used patterned paper which is not my norm either! Well it is what it is!

Such rich and classic beauty, Harriet i am especially liking the soft curves in your layers and in the swoop of your garland. Beautiful wish for Peace.

I like it all, Harriet. The distressing on the paper appears to be intended and it is always a good design element. I like that little added bit of designer paper in there too.

The sign of a true artist is when the next part of the masterpiece covers any flaw, even if it takes a whole new direction. LOL This is gorgeous, and without your confession we would have never realized it. Love these pretty pine needles.

Beautiful Christmas card, Harriet, with your pine cones nestled in your descending pine garland. The decorative edge with a peek of DP is a pretty element too.
