I had a vision for this one... saw a stack of trees making a tree... then I wanted garland and candy canes- and voila! The candy canes are really easy to make. You rub Modge Podge on a small piece of string, shape it and then let it dry on those non-stick cutting sheets you can pick up for 2 for $1 at the Dollar Tree. Let dry and hang!
Best of all, it totally fit in the TLC509 Layered Die Cut challenge.

Several brilliant ideas here!! I've made a button tree but never a tree tree, LOL. It looks fabulous in gold. Thanks for the tip on using Mod Podge to stiffen the twine canes.
