For the Ways to Use It challenge - "Make It with Metal". I used a piece of copper metal given to me by my friend Loll Thompson. Loll also taught me how to heat it to get different colour tones in it. I die cut a leaf from it.
The background is my first attempt at the "embossing folder stamping". I inked up my ef with my small Memento dew drops, spritzed it lightly with water, and then stamped it onto my cs. I love how it turned out and will try more with this technique. I added a few splotches with the stamp from French Foliage and a sentiment attached with copper cord.

Susan, this is gorgeous! How I love the look of your burnt copper against your background! That technique I'd love to learn but so far, no success. Yours is wonderful!
