The CAS300 challenge is wildlife. I thought these bears sledding in the snow would be cute.
Hubby thought the navy sky in the stamp looked awkward (he thought it was a snowglobe), but my thought process was a bit abstract. I wanted to use the gradient background to give the idea of the sky fading into pinks and blues. I chose to stamp the bears in Almost Navy, so that the background of the stamp looked like nighttime (at least to me!) So my perspective was sledding at sunset, but papa bear and baby bear are having so much fun that they keep sledding into the night.

Your sky is gorgeous with the colors blending together!!! I think hubbys are so funny! Mine comes from a very artsy family and yet he still thinks everything I create should look like real life. I keep telling him that it's art and we can use techniques that aren't in real life!! LOL Your card is adorable! The bears look like they are having fun!
Beautiful...loving the sparkly accents in your sunset sky, Wow! Don't be to hard on dh I can kinda see that it could resemble a snowglobe but between us....I love the navy blue with the aurora (pinks/blues) in the background, at least that's what your card brings to my mind, Love it! TFS, Have a Great day!

I like the "snow globe" effect of this card. It reminds me of the nutcracker or frosty, you know, toys come to life. They look like they are enjoying all the fun they can!
