I colored the two trees with silver Encaustic wax and glued them together and placed them over the die cut square. Love this tree die from Penny Black, so classy!

So beautiful, elegant, gorgeous, stunning . . . as Sabrina said, it does have the appearance of bark . . . just gorgeous!

Brigit, this is an amazing card. I like that you adhered the two tree die cuts together to make it stand out. The black die cut background is also such a striking addition to this card. Lovely, Thanks for sharing, Cecily
