I began by stamping the flowers around the outside edge of the die cut (SB/Card Creator) rectangle with Versamark, heat embossed. Used distress ink pads to create the wrinkle free technique. Set aside to dry. Die cut the center lilac rectangle with a new die (received y'day) (SB/Labels 40 Decorative Accents), ran stickles along the outer edges and added the sentiment (TL/2014 sentiments). Cut two Feathers SB/Feathers), sponged color on the outer edges and ran clear stickles up the centers. Cut button (MFT/buttons) and added twine. Assembled.

Just stunning, Priscilla. I would never have thought to combine the flowers with the feathers...they look so good together. This card really highlights your terrific design sense. The colors, die cuts and technuques plus fantastic execution all add up to a
fantastic card.

What an awesome background and your colors are wonderful! This one is so eye appealing! Love the button with the feathers! You have an ability to think outside the box. What a delight to see your cards!
