Another Christmas card, another book describing the process.
I started by sponging the Strathmore paper with Antique Linen and Old Paper Distress Inks. The IO background was stamped with SSS Khaki, then the image was stamped with Ranger Archival Coffee. I heat set the ink and painted light washes of Dark Titanium White and Vintage Retro (greyish green chalk paint) over the piece. I dried it with my heat tool and sanded it back.
I added color to the image by watercoloring using a combination of Distress ink pads and markers. applying the color to an acrylic block and picking it up with a damp paintbrush. I painted a coat of Wink of Stella over the tree branches, adding more to the snowy areas. I used a SB Label Eight Decorative die to frame the image and matted it before attaching to the card base.
I wish you could see this IRL, the picture doesn't do it justice. This is my favorite of the Christmas cards I've made so far this year.
As always, thanks for looking!

Your process knocked my socks off again! Right into favorites with this one. I am not familiar with the inks and paints you used but I sure will have to look those up! This looks so dreamy!
