For Joyce's Winter animals CAS challenge, I chose this sweet mouse peeking around that warm cup of cinnamon tea. I don't know about you, but here in the rural area that we live, we are constantly catching these little creatures trying to sneak into the comfort of our home. cute but grrrrrr.
I used an MFT stencil and Pumice Stone Distress ink for a subtle back ground. My lace came from a thrift store 4 brand new yards for a quarter. my kind of embellishments.

Ummmm....I like your wildlife better on your card then actually seeing one!!! This is adorable!!! Fabulous colors and coloring. I lace adds that extra touch of soft coziness!

Love your little mouse but not in my tea! As an aside why do we see so many mice and teacup stamps? :-) Your tag and lace additions look wonderful. Great card!
This is so cute! Unfortunately these little mice are a winter animal. They're cute on the card but if I get one in my house I'm like the lady in the cartoons...in a panic!

This is adorable! I followed a chipmunk to see where it lives, and thought I found it's hole. I sprinkled a handful of sunflower seeds next to the hole and waited to see if it would come out for them. Wrong hole - it was a mouse! I finally found the Chippie's hole about 3 feet away and left him a pile of seeds.
