Wonderful challenge! I love snowflakes, especially snowflake images & dies. This card really didn't take long at all...just some heat embossing & die cuts.
I used some pearly metallic blue powder on the star, snowflakes & greeting & a silver detail powder on the clock because I didnÂ’t want the clock quite as prominent as the snowflake star centerpiece.
The clock & the two circles in the white & shimmer navy layers were die cut. The beautiful silver & white dp was die cut using the largest outer rectangle from the Flourished Star Pattern die. I love how it leaves the pretty pierced edge. The snowflakes were fussy cut after heat embossing & the greeting was die cut. Add a different greeting & I think this would make a wonderful New YearÂ’s card, too!
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

That metallic blue is gorgeous, Julie.
