I made this the other day, but hadn't uploaded it yet and it uses one of my favorite mixed media "techniques" which is to use my work surface matting to catch all my inky leftovers! The main blue is from an ink spray smash leftover ink that I sopped up on my work surface piece. I did the hand sanitizer gel with alcohol ink technique later on and grabbed some of that green at the bottom. I also used my dry wall mesh in that ink and pressed the wet mesh onto the piece. I stamped off my feather stamp and it also looks like I dripped some blue spatter on there and it was also on the work surface when I spattered my gold sharpie around. I used this die cut on another card so I saved the reverse and glued that on my tilted panel. I added a turquoise panel behind and a piece of twine. I pulled out my fine spatter stamp and added a bit of midnight muse spatter.

How Cool!! I love how you used your work surface!! I have thought about that, but that's as far as I have gotten. I love the word hope, and how you have used it. Super job Gail; thanks for sharing!! :>)

Wonderful use of "leftovers" from other projects. I kept looking at the feathers and was surprised to read that they're stamped - I thought they were real!

Wow...so many interesting steps went into creating this great card. Beautiful blend of colors and textures. Terrific idea to use the reverse part of the die cut sentiment.
