This card is for Ernie, who is having a tough time right now - see his story HERE
I stamped the image with some stamp-offs of words from the set to fill the BG, stamped the sentiment and changed the word rainbows to blessings, then layered everything up and added the button and twine. Hope this and the message inside give Ernie a lift and a new outlook on life!
Thanks for stopping by to take a look!

Cool! I love your wordy BG...fantastic idea and beautifully executed. Your TH image and the kids quote work perfectly together. Fabulous layout and colors too - wonderful card, Ernie will love this! Thanks so much for coming to his Teaparty. I saved a special plate of cookies just for you - they are behind that adorable teapot and cozie. Hugz from this side of the river!

What a terrific card Greenie. This is sure to make Ernie smile. The umbrella man stamp and die are my all time favourites. What a perfect card for this weeks Teaparty my friend.

I agree - the word background is just great! I thought this might be Gabby's when I saw the umbrella thumb and the colour palette. Very affirming underlining the "blessings" ;-).

Sue, you KNOW I have always admired your layouts and this one is outstanding! Oh my gosh I LOVE the muted colors and mix of designer papers! No one does this better than you do! Fabulous!

Very nice card, Sue! Love the bkgrd and anybody who has been through my gallery knows I have a "thing" for Umbrella Man. Hee. (Seriously, I have the die, the emb folder, and three sizes of stamps!) I think Ernie will be happy to receive it.
