This is a card I made for the 2014 Holiday Card Workshop at Online Card Classes. The emphasis of this session was coloring.
I've had this stamp for two years and finally felt like I could do something with it. My coloring is far from perfect, but I love the way this turned out - it just makes me smile!
The image was stamped on heavy white cs with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Spectrum Noir markers. I added some highlights and shading with Prismacolor pencils, using dies placed upside down against the image as stencils to color in the clouds. I added a very thin coat of Glossy Accents to the head and tail lights, both windshield and the rear window of the car, and a drop to Papa Bear's eye.
I stamped the sentiment directly on the base with VersaFIne Onyx black, embossed with clear ep and attached the image.
As always, thanks for looking.

This is Awesome, Jody and so is your coloring! I love that image and the cheerful colors. Oh my gosh what a great Christmas card. You also managed something I don't dare do and that is stamp a sentiment on a finished card. It's done so perfectly and SO straight. Love your card!
