This is another for the Mixability Challenge inspired by the same videos by France Papillon with techniques for Mixed Media tags. The main spin on these was to use Gesso as glue and where France started with a paper napkin, I used tissue paper. Her next step was to add on torn book page-mine is on the left. She then used her finger to smear Gesso along the edges to seal them well. I stenciled some touches of blue through dry wall mesh. I sprayed my Tsukineko walnut ink spray and waved my tag through the spritz. I partially dry embossed the left edge with a script ef. I sponged on some Suede. I smeared a little pink Gelato here and there. I stamped the flourishes in Onyx. I added some embossing paste through a travel stencil and sprinkled on a mix of ep. After this thoroughly dried on its own I heated the ep. I also used this ep mix on the reinforcer at the top. I had the plane already in my leftover pile. I ran it along the edge of my desk several times then pulled the top layer fo paper off and fussy cut my plane. I added some fibers through my reinforced hole. My bg panel has woodgrain stamped on it and the edges are distressed and sponged. I added a photo corner then glued the tag down. I added my leftover piece from die cutting the polka dot dp with glue dots. I was thinking of this week's sketch and added the tiny stars. My sentiment was stamped on a piece of book page that I waved through the same sprays. I did a faux burnt edge with several browns and my sponge.

Wow! There you go again, gorgeous work, and plenty of subtle yet effective techniques. I haven't done the 'wave through' technique in awhile. See? You are inspiring me, too! Love your work - you have a quality to your projects that is like a fingerprint. No denying it's one of yours! Thanks for playing!
