I needed a retirement card for a friend at work, and when I sa this weeks FS...Monkik or aka...Monia I had to TRy...being the big word...what a beautiful gallery, I so enjoyed the tour many times. I finally picked this one here...Pink baptism card by Monia at Splitcoaststampers to case as I liked how she had the picture and sentiment like that and swaddled in flowers. I started with bigger one at first and chickened out...but kept same style. Loved her soft colors, but my co-worker loves lots of bright colors so went more colorful, added a corner die-cut and a strip under this little tired one , colored an cut him out and added the sponging on sides and added pearls in the scallops. In a couple other of her cards I sa the little springy things and remembered some very old wire I kept keeping and wrapped it around a crochet hook and glued it in...fun and a new thing for me, glad I know kept the wire.
TY for the great tour Monika and for all for the visit...:0)

This is adorable -- so cute!! I love the freshness and the cheerfulness of this card - it is sure to bring a smile to Maria's face!!
