I started with my piece of dp. I cut off one slice then used that piece as a template to cut a slightly larger piece off the bottom. I saved the middle piece out for later. I then glued them down leaving a gap in the middle, and dry embossed with the leaf ef. I then flipped over the leftover piece and worked till it (mostly) covered the middle area. I added my letters (didn't have an uppercase N left) and then pierced holes and added the leaf brads.

This is so super cute! I love the DP. I would never have known it was a lower case N until I read your description...it looks like you meant to do it that way. Oh wait you did. I love it!!!
