Here's the card I made for Julie's Get Smooshed Hope You Can Cling To challenge. I smooshed two colors of blue reinker between two pieces of glossy cardstock to create the sky background. I've combined the HYCCT challenge with this week's challenge at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown.

I like that the tree trunk and background framing colour is the same. It somehow gives a depth to your scene I don't think it would have otherwise. (at least in my eyes!) :-) Love your smooshed sky scene. Lovely work!

Oh my gosh so darling!! I love the bg sky. Super creative how you used the tree trunk to give the illusion of a separated panel. A greatly mastered card!!
