We are closing the books on another amazing and wonderful HYCCT October month of challenges. And for this card, I got my inspiration from Winnie the Pooh, and all his friends who are pulling the wedged bear out of a great tightness. Instead of the sentiment that was included on the stamp, I computer printed the one on the card, which I think is perfect for a patient and her medical team.
I can't really remember favorite books from my childhood (it was a long time ago!), but do remember how my daughter loved all the Pooh books. I loved reading them to her at bedtime, over and over. We still use some of the catch phrases around the house.

Oh Barbara, you are so right, this sweet, sweet image and the sentiment you created are so perfect and I know this will be snatched up by someone to use. Beautifully done in beautiful colours!
I love the older drawings of Pooh, Christopher Robin and friends. Such a sweet card and appropriate sentiment.
