First I took a piece of cs that matched my card front (in size), and then drew the curved line that I wanted across the panel. I cut it along the line and then on the top half layered strips of washi tape, trimming off the excess. For the bottom portion, I stamped the flowers and then colored with markers. Reassembled the cs and attached to my card front, stamped the sentiment (curved it on my block), added stickles for sparkle and enamel dots. Linking to CAS296 (Halloween or halloween colors) and

What a stunning and creative card. The washi tape stripes and the half circle design are fantastic. All the elements of this card - the font for the sentiment, the bling, the colors and the layout- are so well dedigned. Pinned and faved.
