This is my card for the HYCCT1408 challenge "My Hero" -to make a card inspired by someone who is a hero to you, and tell us how they've positively influenced you.
One of my heroes growing up was Amelia Earhart. I think I was in 7th grade when I read her biography, and was fascinated that a WOMAN could pilot an airplane (this was the early sixties)! She was exactly the kind of person described in the challenge, and her story planted the idea that a woman could do anything - even in a "man's" world.
All self explanatory - no explanation needed here.
As always, thanks for looking!

Jody, I have favourite this, it's bright, breezy and beautiful - and a perfect tribute to a very heroic lady - Amelia Earhart had guts and she is a fantastic role model. I love your sky, and that bright purple airplane, plus your city scape is fabulous! (I couldn't possibly NEED these dies, could I???) Thanks so much for sharing your card and your hero story in this challenge!
