Until I can do this again tomorrow (& I will), this will do. I'm not happy.
Today Nancy (stiz2003), her friend Brenda & I went to a used stamp sale. It was great! I got a lot of stuff for less than $20! And most of it is un-used. One of my new purchases was twinkling H20. For my base I used Periwinkle, Plum Blossom & Rich Cobalt. I did a w/c wash & as the paper curled I set it on it's side & walked away. I got a beautiful effect. During half-time I went to add my dots. I followed these instructions. Then I had to get 'fancy' with the sentiment & messed it up. So.... but I wanted to post. More tomorrow.
Thanks for stopping by.

It's beautiful, KHRH! Love your bokeh against the watercolored background... it reminds me of the Northern lights!!! Maybe you could stamp the sentiment on a scrap of paper and pop it on top.
