I combined 3 challenges for this card, as the last couple of days have been hectic. I started by stamping a couple of snowflakes with versamark, embossed with clear ep, then sponged pink pirouette ink all over the panel. Stamped another snowflake, emb with clear ep, added some hibiscus burst ink, then another couple of snowflakes were embossed and I sponged on raspberry fizz ink. The word snow was die cut and stamped with pink pirouette and hibiscus burst combined, to give a bit of a layered look. The card base was stamped with the rest of the sentiment, then embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder. The pink panel was attached and the word snow was popped up with foam tape.

Really cool card..I love the use of pink on this..it works so well with the snow theme. And that word snow with the gradient shades of pink is awesome!

I smiled when I saw this because it's so cleverly and prettily done - the way the SNOW die-cut is sponged and sits up there, and the fun sentiment! Love that embossing folder!

A lovely wintertime card, Sue. Your embossed and embossed again main panel of snowflakes is SO pretty and the shades of pink you achieved is gorgeous. I like how you even gradated the shades of pink on your "SNOW" die cut.

I was hoping you would play in these challenges. They were perfect for your pink Christmas card theme. I can just imagine how pretty your card is IRL. TFS Sue.
Love it! Great way to make the snowflakes. I think it gives the illusion of some being farther away. Great sentiment too and that embossing folder is perfect for the snow theme!
