I wish I could say that I actually water colored this beauty but alas it is a wonderful image I found on Pinterest. It is for my DIL who did a wonderful thing for us recently and I wanted to make her a card to show our appreciation. This is the same daughter-in-law who loves all things "sailing" and "ocean" and when I found this I knew I would be using it for a card for her. I priinted it on water color paper, mounted to a dp to match the color in the back ground of the image. I cut the "thanks" from Wild Card Cricut cartridge (cut twice and glued together). I added the "so much" by computer as I printed the image.
This is pretty clean and simple for me!
Thanks for coming by to take a look. It is always appreciated!

You are so creative, Peggy. I, like Pam, thought for sure you had been water coloring, until I read your description. I love it and I am sure that your dil will also... Thanks so much for sharing.... Hope your husband is recovering quickly....

Seriously?? You found this on Pinterest? I definitely have to browse that. WOW, I also must have some watercolor paper for the printer. The effects you achieve with that are amazing. And your cartridge cut one of the nicest fonts I have seen! And the most impressive thing of all is that your printer and your stash matched PERFECTLY!!! WOW!
And how on earth do you glue two skinny die cuts together without distortion? CAS style, yes, technically, no. The effects of this are just outstanding, Peggy!!

Wow! This is so beautiful - you really have a knack with images you download! The soft blue is perfect with your cricut 'thanks', and I'm sure this card will be treasured.

Wow Peggy..this is just way too cool! Your DDIL is going to absolutely love it. The soft blue of the anchor is so wonderful with the dark greeting. At first I thought it was made using an inked embossing folder on watercolour paper. You are so lucky to be able to understand all that technical mumbo-jumbo computer talk! Wish I had your smarts.
