Sponged two shades of blue ink for the background onto vellum.
Printed and cut out two digital snowman (one from white card stock, one from vellum). By adding the vellum layer on top, he has a more "snow-like" look to him
Copics were used to colour his nose and scarf (white dots from a gel pen).
Framed him and stamped a simple sentiment in light gray to finish.

Oh! I love this! Snowmen are such fun to create with!
the vellum really makes this sweet guy pop!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Your snowman ROCKS... I agree putting the vellum layer on top makes it look more like snow. Love the colors you picked for the background and his scarf. Your white-gel snow is awesome...very well done!
