The idea for this little bookmark came out of an old issue of Pack-o-Fun magazine. The author had recycled greeting cards and ribbon to make these. I changed the idea a bit and used a piece of leftover brayered background for my cross, wove the paper satin ribbon through and attached a small silk flower & leaves to the front with an eyelet.
Would be nice to give for Easter to a Secret Pal, co-worker or friend and it is easy enough for an older child to make providing you supervise their use of the craft knife to make slits for the ribbon.

This is beautiful. I can't wait to make one. I printed off the template but dumb me, I couldn't picture it. I am so glad to see the nice one you did. I teach at a church preschool and I am looking forward to making these. TFS
