Ashjoy, aka Joyce reminded us that is often loss with cancer. She asked us to make a card with the theme, something is missing. On my card, the light from the lighthouse is missing.
I made the card by cutting the top of the stamped image away and then using the Spellbinder's die with the background DP. Then I added that to the die cut I made with the Pool Party paper.

This is gorgeous. The sky background is just beautiful and speaks volumes. Love this card.

The way you did that sky is breathtaking - what a soft, serene look you've achieved with the colours, Kathleen - beautifully and creatively done leaving the light from the lighthouse for your missing element!

Oh Kathleen, this brings a lump to my throat. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and you my friend, just created a scene that speaks of loss in a soft and delicate, and gentle way. Thank you so much for your lending your sweet spirit and creative hand to this oh so lovely card.
