This was the perfect challenge to inspire me to create a pink and white card for my pink loving SIL. The EF is SB/Framed labels 18. Sentiment is IO/Greeting set. The lace trim is from Michaels. I inked one side of the EF with the Memento ink pad before embossing. Attached the lace trim with Glossy Accents and cut the ends the width of the embossed panel, then used Fray Check on the raw edges to prevent fraying. Added a crystal flower and some pearls. A really simple card to make, but that EF makes it look very fancy. Here is my inspiration: http://www.cottonandcrumbs.co.uk/wp-...dingcake18.jpg

It does indeed look like icing on a cake! Love the look you achieved by inking up your folder. I also like the way you off set your sentiment. The lace adds just the right amount of interest. LOVE this!

The soft pink you added to your rich embossing looks fabulous! I love the way you added the lace without wrapping the ends under creating bulk. Fray Check was a brilliant idea! Just spent the day with Karen (redbugdriver) and we both thought the most wonderful thing in the world would be to learn your techniques for the rich embossing, including stencils that you are so well known for! Beautifully done!

Beautiful pink/white b'day card for your SIL, Priscilla. The site for today was perfect for this intricate and feminine card. Lovely EF and tinted lace. Your die cut greeting looks just like those that are written in frosting on real cakes. She is sure to love this beauty.

A beautiful card, Priscilla! Love the pink and white (one of my favorite color combos) and all the textures. The lace and embossing are just gorgeous and so elegant.
