I just googled "step card" in a mild panic and found this diagram by Sandy Hulsart and this is a link to her blog and instructions for this card.on the internet. This folds flat to 6" square in real life. and there is a second view of this card on the blog. tfl.

This is so stunning! I love the vintage feel...and what a great way to use that pleated ribbon. I still have a bunch!

So beautiful with all the details...love the paper and that pleated ribbon. I have it in blue but I wish I had it in more colors...don't have the patience to make my own;)
