I inked up the base of the leaves in distress ink and then misted with water before stamping on wc paper. Then I stamped the leaf outlines, but on the green ones there was no outline stamp so I made may own with a micro pen. Then I brushed each of the leaves with shimmer spritz which looks fabulous IRL but made photographing it hard for some reason. My camera evidently doesn't do well with shimmer. I stamped the sentiment in sections, masking as I went so I could get the 2 colors. Assembled with a slightly offset matting for some additional interest. Linking to IC460 (inspiration site) and

So pretty! I get a real retro feel from this - somehow it reminds me of the wallpaper in our kitchen in the 70s, which is now far enough behind us that it's all cool again! lol! So glad you joined us at The Card Concept and CASology!
