This was done for Lydia's final challenge on this Halloween seen here: no, this is probably not my favorite childhood book in fact I think I never read this one until my son was born but, since I had this stamp on hand I decided it worked on Halloween and that this sentiment went with it. you could just imagine the wild rumpus starting after saying this to someone yes?

I was too old by the time Maurice Sendak wrote his book, but it was a favorite of my children. Not only the story, but his artwork was something so different from most children's books. Your card captures it VERY well, Stacy.

I think I once had that stamp. I still have my collection of the classics of my favorite of books I personally owned and used in my kindergarten classes for 23 years, and this is one of them!! Just can't seem to part with them. Even when I passed them to grandchildren they had to return them when they outgrew them. I just cannot part with them.
