Susie's (susie australia)HYCCT1429 challenge is to create our own backgrounds. I Knew that I wanted to use the gingham bg stamp but this was NOT the plan when I started out this morning, it just took on a life of it's own!
My daughter told me this really needs to be pink, so I might have to create another. I am not sure why it ended up blue, since I am a pink lover and should take FULL advantage of this month but blue it is......maybe it's just part of the plan and the recipient's favorite color is blue?

Angie this is wonderful. I LOVE the colour and I am sure the recipient will too. Thank you so much for making this gorgeous sample for my challenge, you are sure to inspire lots of ladies to join in this special month. xx

What a cute idea, Angie. Love me my gingham stamp, trying hard to tell myself one is enough even though the other one I'm eyeing up is smaller. Not being a pink gal, I love this in the blue and black.

I love your idea of a jar of encouragement! I have never been a fan of background stamps but am starting to come around as I see them used so brilliantly for these challenges. I personally love the blue colour you used here but this is such a great design I think another in pink would not go amiss! :-)
Never even thought about using a background stamp. Your blue plaid background is super and love all those little words of encouragement floating out of the jar. What a great design. You rock.

I love your bg and the jar of hope..how clever!! I think you can't go wrong with blue...it's the favorite color of many and with all the pink cards we're all sending, it might be a nice break to have a blue one to choose.
