When I saw Lori's challenge to Shine On using a source of light for encouragement, I thought of this sentiment right away. I had used this image for a previous card and had the piece of black, brayered paper on my desktop (way back in February Lydia gave us a mixability challenge called through the mist that included a tutorial for this black paint & brayer technique). The lady is stamped win Onyx as well as the music notes that I stamped through a torn paper mask. I stamped the clock part in Versamark and embossed in clear. I added Dazzling Details silver accents as well as a strip of silver glitter tape. Last was the embossed white sentiment. I lightly distressed the edges and adhered to a black panel onto a white base.

Oh my gosh - this is so beautiful. When I first saw it I was going to ask you how you got that background and now I see you used my technique! Awesome card.
Wonderfully artistic. Would never have thought to use that sentiment and never could have used it so well.
