This is a sample for Robin's HYCCT Challenge and I chose the emerging color technique. I started by stamping the bg with French Script in Soft Suede then added my flourish in Blushing Bride. I then stamped the medallion over this in Versamark and embossed with clear ep. Then the fun part is to sponge the darker color over this to reveal the clear image. The medallion stamp is perfect for this technique. I also embossed my sentiment in Early Espresso and added a ribbon.

Breathtaking, Gail! It's got such a rich feeling to it.

Gorgeous, Gail - this turned out so nicely! That medallion is such a big one - I might need to find myself one... or design one! I like big stamps and I cannot lie.

Just love the look of this, Gail. The soft suede and pinks really play well together don't they? And boy am I a push over for that script background. Beautiful.

With the writing in the BG, this lovely pink doily card has the look of a real Victorian beauty! I like it better in pink than the one I tried in blue many moons ago!!
