My sister went through my photos of cards that I have given away and asked for some that she liked to have as her own "stash" when she needs a card (she doesn't do crafty things). This was perfect for me since I often am not happy with the first attempt at an idea. So here is the first "redo" of an old card. I like it much better this time. To make the card I spreyed dylusions spreys in purple, blue and yellow on white cardstock and blotted the excess. Using 3 different patterned stencils I sponged distress inks in raspberry, grape, and honey. I heat embossed the hydrangia in black and used bleech with a paintbrush to remove color from the flower and leaves. I colored the flowers and leaves with prisma pencils and gamisol. I smudged white and gold gel pen for highlights.
