For Ky's MixAbility challenge today ~ Go Scribble.
Scribbling, like doodling, isn't my thing...but I did my best.
I used glossy card...scribbled my background with crayons, then misted with water and added black re-inker. I wiped the excess liquid off, and was happy enough with how it looked that I didn't want to cover up too much. I tried stamping a sentiment directly on the base, but even with StazOn the crayon still was too "resisting", so I had to stamp it on a scrap of paper which I sponged, distressed and pierced. I also added some printed lace ribbon, and stitched round the edges. I added one of Francie's butterflies.

Looks like it's a start at tic-tac-toe!! I love the lace part and the butterfly, my friend!

So clever! I love the sentiment having a matching bit of sewing/piercing to tie it to the border. This doesn't even hint to me that you don't like doodling. The lace is just darling, too! Thanks so much for playing!

I love how it turned out Sabrina! I love the background you created with this technique and the delicate lace is a perfect addition. The sentiment is great too.

Sabrina, your background turned out so beautiful! What a fabulous job you did on this! I love the distressed banner in particular and the wonky banner! The lace the beautiful butterfly are the perfect touch for this!
