Our teaparty this week is for Connie in Aurora, CO, sister of Mutnik, and a teapotter herself! We were asked to make bright coloured cards, and having made this, then read they should be amusing - missed this part!! Anyway, I am having fun using my 2 new stamp sets!!

Sue, I miss those little extra directions all the time! Your card is very cheerful and fun and perfect for Connie. I am so glad I stopped by to see this as I wouldn't want to miss a cheer up convoy to Connie - one of the original teapotters! Great card. Hugz!

Well, you got the bright and cheerful part perfectly - getting cards in my mailbox is one of life's special joys!
Now, if you want to tweak it into funny, I had the thought to change the sentiment into " You are a fabulous PIECE OF WORK", that could turn it into humorous too!! Save that thought for next time!! LOL

Cute! The colors are cheerful and the little hearts show the love from which this is made! I love that you are having fun with your new stamp sets! As to not reading all the directions, I'm guilty of that too!
You know what, the funny isn't important, it's the thought and the receiving of happy mail that is!

I think that this is just perfect for Connie! Your bold colors are just the ticket to bring her some warm fuzzies. She will love this! Thank you so much for coming to Connie's Teaparty. Make sure to grab a bunch of those yummy eyeglass cookies - you sure have earned them!! Hugz from New Jersey, my friend!

I wouldn't worry about the fun element, Sue - I just opted for colour too. And you had fun - that's important too . An affirming card is always good to receive and I'm sure Connie will love this one.

Directions?? There're directions?
I don't have much in the way of amusing, so I left out that part, too. I can see why you love the new stamp sets - you created a beautiful card with them!
